Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how FpVPN collects, uses, retains, and deletes data while providing cross-border access, international routes, and network acceleration subscriptions. Please read it before using the service.
Data Collected and Its Purposes
Creating an FpVPN account does not require an email address; a username and password are enough to complete account creation. The username identifies the account, links subscriptions, and supports service requests. Authentication details are used for sign-in verification and account security. FpVPN does not require an email address as a condition of registration.
When you purchase or use a subscription service, the system retains order records needed for fulfillment, including the selected plan, order amount, payment status, creation time, traffic usage, and subscription status. These records support service delivery, transaction checks, refunds, order troubleshooting, and dispute resolution. The system also records website access analytics, such as page views, browser type, device category, referring page, and basic network information, to verify that pages work properly, analyze feature usage, and prevent abuse. Access analytics are not used to build cross-site advertising profiles.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Diagnostics
FpVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, retain browsing content, request bodies, or communications, or organize specific network activity into a searchable personal history.
When a network connection is established, the system may temporarily process technical events required to maintain the session, such as whether the connection succeeded, route selection, authentication results, and error types. This information is used to complete connections, keep routes operating, and identify faults. After a normal session ends, temporary connection information is discarded. If an error, resource abuse, or security incident occurs, only the minimum diagnostic information needed to address the issue is retained and it is deleted after troubleshooting, dispute handling, or security work is complete. Diagnostic information is not used to analyze the specific websites a user visits.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save sign-in status, language selection, interface preferences, and necessary security markers. These data support session continuity, prevent repeated setup, and enable account features. If necessary storage is disabled, sign-in, plan management, or subscription access may not work properly.
Access analytics may use same-domain identifiers to distinguish consecutive visits, but they are not used to read a user's activity on other websites. You can clear Cookies and local storage through your browser settings; doing so will also invalidate saved sign-in status and preferences.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
FpVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment channel or network. FpVPN receives the transaction confirmations needed to complete an order, such as order status, amount, and transaction identifier. A payment channel may process payer account information under its own rules, and that processing is governed by the channel's privacy policy.
FpVPN uses payment results only for order confirmation, accounting checks, refund processing, and dispute resolution. Payment information is not used for promotions unrelated to subscription fulfillment. Before using a third-party payment service, users should also review the privacy information provided by that channel.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Disclosure
Account and subscription data are retained while an account is active, an order is being fulfilled, or a service request is being handled. Order records may be retained longer for transaction checks, refunds, dispute resolution, and applicable obligations. Once the processing purpose has ended, they are deleted, de-identified, or access-restricted. Website access analytics and diagnostic information are retained only as long as needed for operational analysis and security work, and are not kept as long-term browsing profiles.
Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data through the support ticket portal in the user panel. After receiving a request, FpVPN verifies account ownership and processes data that can be deleted. Records involved in order fulfillment, refund processing, dispute resolution, or necessary security investigations may be retained until the relevant matter is complete.
Except where necessary to complete payments, provide essential infrastructure services, meet applicable requirements, or handle security incidents, FpVPN does not disclose personal data to unrelated parties. Service providers may process information only to the extent needed to perform their assigned services.
Policy Updates and User Choices
FpVPN may update this policy when service features, data practices, or applicable rules change. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Important changes involving data types, processing purposes, or user rights will be highlighted through an appropriate notice in the user panel.
Users can review the latest policy before continuing to use the service. If they disagree with the updated practices, they can stop using the relevant features and submit a ticket to close the account or delete data that can be deleted. Stopping use does not affect the necessary handling of existing order, refund, or dispute records under this policy.
