Service Scope

FpVPN provides network acceleration subscription services for cross-border access, including route access, subscription configuration, an account dashboard, and client download access. The service currently covers 120+ countries / 150+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available regions, route types, and access methods are based on the information shown in the user dashboard at the time.

The service is designed to improve the connection path between your device and a target network. It does not provide the target website, application, or third-party content itself. Availability of third-party services, account eligibility, regional content access, and changes to third-party rules are determined by the relevant provider. You are responsible for confirming the conditions for using the services you need.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login details secure and remain responsible for subscription management, route usage, and settings changes made under your account. If you discover compromised credentials or unusual access, change your password promptly and, if needed, submit a ticket through the user dashboard with details of the situation.

Subscriptions support an unlimited number of simultaneously connected devices, but each account and subscription is for the registered user and devices they manage. You may not resell, rent out, or publicly share subscription information, or offer the account as a shared service to unspecified parties. You are responsible for losses caused by deliberately publishing credentials, distributing subscription configurations, or failing to protect your password.

Use the service within the traffic allowance of your selected plan. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until fully used and never expire. Plan pricing, remaining traffic, and validity status are shown in the user dashboard and on the plan page.

Payment and Refund Guidance

FpVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before paying, verify the plan type, traffic allowance, price, and account details. Once an order is completed, the subscription benefits are recorded under the corresponding account. If you select the wrong account or submit an order more than once, submit a ticket through the user dashboard as soon as possible so the order status can be checked.

Refund requests and processing are governed by the separate Refund Policy; a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. These terms do not restate the refund process, eligibility, or handling rules; those matters are governed by the current version of the Refund Policy page.

Compliance Requirements

When using FpVPN, comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where the service is used, as well as the rules of target websites, applications, and network services. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful, whether authorization is required, and whether related data-processing activities meet applicable requirements.

Do not use the service for unlawful activities, attack networks or devices, distribute malicious software, commit fraud, infringe the lawful rights of others, interfere with route operations, or continuously consume network resources through automation in a way that disrupts other users. Do not attempt to bypass account permissions, traffic billing, or service-management mechanisms, and do not test, scan, or interfere with the service infrastructure without authorization.

Service Availability and Liability

Network connectivity may be affected by the network at your location, device settings, system policies, target service status, route maintenance, and upstream network changes. FpVPN maintains, adjusts, or replaces routes according to operating conditions, but does not promise that any route will perform consistently in every region, on every device, or at all times.

Planned maintenance will, where practical, be announced on the website or in the user dashboard. In cases involving security risks, route anomalies, upstream failures, or other matters requiring prompt action, temporary adjustments may be made first. Keep independent backups of important materials and do not rely on this service as the sole means of transmitting or storing critical data.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FpVPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party service changes, public network failures, device compatibility issues, user configuration errors, mishandled credentials, or other matters beyond its reasonable control. Mandatory legal requirements prevail where applicable.

Suspension, Termination, and Amendments

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, engage in unlawful use, maliciously interfere with the service, evade billing mechanisms, or otherwise seriously breach these terms, FpVPN may restrict routes, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To verify unusual activity, the service may ask you to provide necessary information about the order or usage through the account dashboard.

You may stop using the service at any time, but completed orders, consumed traffic, and refund matters remain subject to the applicable policies. Account suspension or termination does not affect payment obligations, liability, or dispute resolution matters that arose before it.

These terms may be revised due to service changes, legal requirements, or updates to operating rules. The updated version will be published on this page with the latest revision date. Significant changes affecting user rights will, where practical, be announced on the website or through the user dashboard. Continuing to use the service after the new terms take effect means that you accept the updated content.
